Running Programs

In today’s unpredictable world, the strategies learned at Lamorinda Mileage Club are more important than ever. We offer:

  • Individual Training: Running for daily health or preparing for a race.   

  • Group Training: Inspiring participants to recognize their inner strength and resilience, increasing their level of physical fitness, fostering friendships, imagining their possibilities, and standing up for themselves and others. The training teaches team work, empathy, and confidence in their own power and potential to be the best they can be.

  • Elementary Afterschool Training: Increasing physical activity, learning about confidence, teamwork, proper nutrition and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
